These terms govern your use of prohealthagents.com, operated by Reagan Health Solutions ("we," "us," "our") for its ProHealth Agents partnership program. By using this site or submitting the application form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes an independent agent partnership opportunity and lets interested agents apply or book an introductory call. It is informational. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a contract, or a binding commitment by either of us.

No income or lead guarantee. Any figures, examples, or descriptions on this site illustrate what is possible — not what you should expect. Insurance production depends on your license, your states, your effort, your carrier appointments, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any level of leads, appointments, commissions, or income.

Who may apply

This program is intended for adults who hold — or are actively pursuing — a health and/or life insurance producer license in at least one U.S. state. You are responsible for holding and maintaining the licenses and appointments required for any business you write.

Your application

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it describes you, not someone else. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and we may end a partnership discussion at any point before a written agreement is signed. Any actual partnership will be governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.

Independent contractor relationship

Agents who partner with us do so as independent contractors, not employees. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information, to submit someone else's information without their permission, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the site's operation.

Our content

The text, design, logos, and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the site, but please do not copy or reuse our materials for your own commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party links and tools

This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling tool and our consumer-facing site. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
