This policy explains what information ProHealth Agents collects through prohealthagents.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. ProHealth Agents is the agent partnership program of ProHealth Insurance Solutions, operated by Reagan Health Solutions ("we," "us," "our").
Information you give us
If you submit the agent application form or book a call, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, state, insurance license type, and anything you write in the open comment field. You choose what to provide; the application will not work without a name, email, and phone number.
Information collected automatically
Our host and our form provider record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed. We use this only to keep the site working and to understand general traffic volume. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How we use your information
- To review your interest in an agent partnership and determine whether it is a fit
- To contact you about that opportunity by email, phone, or — if you opted in — text message
- To schedule and conduct an introductory call
- To keep records of who applied and when
Text messages and consent
The consent checkbox on our application form is optional. Checking it is not a condition of applying and does not affect how we evaluate your application. If you check it, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about the agent opportunity at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Who we share information with
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our email provider, our website host, and our scheduling tool. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to data brokers or other agencies.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as we are actively considering or working with you, and afterward for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us directly.
- Text: reply STOP to any message.
- Access or deletion: email us and we will honor reasonable requests to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us and we will apply those rights to your request.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established vendors to store it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Not for children
This site is intended for licensed insurance professionals and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
